Cypermethrin. Barricade Toxicity

Acute toxicity
Middle class drug. Rat oral LD50251mg / kg, percutaneous dose of 1600 mg / kg and no death, inhalation LC50> 0.048mg / L, rats intravenously 6mg / kg; mouse oral LD5082 mg / kg; rabbit percutaneous LD50> 2400mg / kg. Birds oral LD50> 2000mg / kg, fish highly toxic, toxic for bees giant silkworm. Acute poisoning animals showed ataxia, gait instability, occasional tremors, survivors three days after the return to normal. This product has a stimulating effect on the skin and mucous membranes.
Chronic toxicity
To 1600ppm feed on rats three months, during the first five weeks have gait abnormalities and other symptoms of poisoning appear, gradually recovered from the first six weeks onwards. Pathological examination revealed a small number of infected animals sciatic nerve axons deformation. No effect of chronic oral dose of 5 mg / kg / d. ,
Mutagenicity
This product is not inducing agents, but with this product murine peritoneal large doses 60mg / kg / d (continuous), mouse oral 56mg / kg / 7d (continuous), mouse skin 2520mg / kg / 7d (continuous) can cause a transient increase in micronuclei in bone marrow cells of mice. Test was negative in the induction of human, bacterial and hamster liver cell cultures and in mice
Carcinogenicity
No clear information display the goods have carcinogenic effects.
Teratogenicity
No teratogenic effects. Rats with 70 mg / kg / d fed rabbits with 30 mg / kg / d feeding offspring without birth defects. It was also reported in rats (unreported pathway) (TDLo): 400 mg / kg (progesterone 6-15 d) embryo toxicity; mice by intraperitoneal (TDLo): 30mg / kg (male 1-4 d) affect sperm formation.
In vivo outcome
After oral administration in mice, 24 h after the metabolites have 27-80% of bladder N- (3- phenoxy-benzoyl) – the product of taurine from the urine
Inhalation poisoning
